Christie Wright, MBA
Personal Profile
My name is Christie Wright. Though normally I would start this out with my accomplishments and achievements, I have to first acknowledge ME. Success is nothing if we do not first take care of ourselves and if we are not true to who we are. So who am I? I am resilient. I am a survivor. I am committed and dedicated to all that I do. I love HARD. I am passionate. I am creative and inspired. I love to read, dance, listen to music. I LOVE to travel and see the world. I believe wholeheartedly that my life, even though it seems chaotic and that I have been through so much, it is only beginning.
I truly love what I do. Helping people achieve their goals has been a passion of mine since I was in high school, when I started my own tutoring business. From then, I grew my business from tutoring to academic consulting, and then finally to where I am now. My journey is not over. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology to further enhance my skills, knowledge, and credentials to take my business even further.

Many that know me would call me an overachiever. I am a wife, and mother of a beautiful daughter and bonus son. I have been working for a manufacturing company in Delaware since 2011, where my administrative and business skills have transformed and blossomed. My educational history is outlined below, but in a nutshell, I am a forever student, determined and eager to learn whatever I can. I also really love God and I am passionate about serving His kingdom. I am very active in my ministry, The Grow Place and serve in many capacities there, including as the Finance Administrator, Head of the A/V Team, and currently as a Minister in Training. In 2022, I became a published author of my very first book, titled, "Broken Vessel: A Journey of Healing". I am determined to continue on my journey to be my very best version of myself and my hope is that I will have many opportunities to help others do the same.

My skills and expertise are mostly in the realm of administration and writing. My organization and analytical skills allow me to assess, implement, and execute strategic planning on a personal and business level. My writing skills are impeccable, especially on the academic or business level, which allows me to engage in activities such as academic research, business plan writing, and grant writing. These skills also allow me to help with services such as resume writing and writing professional letters for various needs. I always remain open minded to new opportunities, new projects, and open doors. I refuse to limit my potential or hinder someone from being able to benefit from the skills and gifts that I have been blessed with.

Phoenix
noun (in classical mythology) a unique bird that lived for five or six centuries in the Arabian desert, after this time burning itself on a funeral pyre and rising from the ashes with renewed youth to live through another cycle.
or
a person or thing regarded as uniquely remarkable in some respect.
Many people have asked, "Why is your symbol a Phoenix?" A phoenix is a creature that I have identified with my entire life. So many times I have been destroyed to ashes, but I have always regenerated and come back stronger than before. This is the drive that keeps me going, knowing that no matter how bad it gets or how stagnant I feel, there is always an opportunity to re-start and rebirth whatever God has planned for me! You can too!
